How orders from our shop are delivered, and what to do if something is wrong.

Pickup

Choose pickup at checkout to get your order at the shelter during open hours. We will email you when it is ready.

We ship within the United States. Orders ship within 5 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Treats and opened items can't be returned. Contact us to start a return.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will replace it.
